1. Who We Are

Regina Wild ("we", "us", "our") is a free social entertainment platform operated from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. We are not a licensed gambling operator. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum information required to operate a functional website:

  • Session preferences — age-gate confirmation and cookie consent choice, stored in your browser via localStorage or a session cookie. No account or login is required.
  • Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp). Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then purged.
  • Analytics data — aggregated, anonymised page-view and session data via Google Analytics 4 (only if you consent). IP addresses are anonymised. We do not share individual analytics data with third parties for advertising purposes.

We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, government IDs, or any personally identifying information unless you voluntarily contact us by email.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use first-party browser storage (localStorage + cookies) solely for your session preferences (age-gate and cookie consent). We do not set advertising cookies by default. 4. How We Use Your Data

Data is used only for:

  • Remembering your age verification so you are not asked on every page load.
  • Providing an aggregate, anonymised view of how our site is used so we can improve it.
  • Responding to support enquiries sent to us by email.
  • Detecting and preventing abuse or attacks against our systems.

We do not use data for targeted advertising, profiling, or selling to data brokers.

5. Legal Basis (PIPEDA / Quebec Law 25)

Our lawful basis for processing is your consent (for analytics cookies) and legitimate interest (for server-log security retention). Residents of Quebec have additional rights under Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), including the right to data portability and the right to be forgotten. Contact our privacy officer to exercise these rights.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data with:

  • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — aggregated, anonymised analytics with IP anonymisation enabled. Google processes this under their own privacy policy.
  • Our hosting provider — receives server log data as a technical necessity.

No other third parties receive your data.

7. International Transfers

Google Analytics may transfer data outside Canada. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and maintains adequate safeguards. We do not otherwise transfer your personal data internationally.

8. Data Retention

  • Server logs: 30 days, then purged.
  • Browser preferences (localStorage / cookies): stored in your browser until you clear them. We cannot access these after your session.
  • Analytics data: retained in Google Analytics per their retention settings (default 14 months), then deleted.
  • Email correspondence: retained for up to 2 years to support follow-up requests.

9. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Withdraw consent to analytics at any time by adjusting your browser settings or cookie preferences.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10. Children's Privacy

Our platform is intended for adults aged 19 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 19. If you believe a minor has provided data through our site, please contact us immediately and we will delete it without delay.

11. Changes to This Charter

We may update this Privacy Charter from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated charter. If you disagree with any changes, please stop using the site and clear your browser data.
